Abstract
In order to explore the combustion characteristics of coal mine transportation belt in the process of oxidative com-bustion,thermogravimetric-infrared(TG-FTIR)experiments were used to study the fire characteristics of roadway belt com-bined with FDS numerical simulation.We found that there are two significant weight loss stages in the combustion of convey-or belt.The result shows:In the first stage of weight loss,the best is deformed by heat,and HCl is removed to form conjuga-ted olefins,and the thermal liberation reaction of cross-linking polycondensation occurs,and volatiles,CH4 and HCl are pre-cipitated at the same time.In the second weight loss stage,the belt starts to burn,the conjugated olefins are recombined and cyclized into aromatic compounds,and the dechaining depolymerization thermal desorption heat reaction and the volatile red-ox exothermic reaction occur,resulting in the generation of CO,CO2 and H2O(g)gases,in which the belt releases more CO2 during the combustion process.During the combustion process,the heat release temperature can reach up to 870 ℃,and the flue gas plume can quickly spread to the downwind side of the entire roadway in about 23.8 s.CO is continuously generated with combustion,and the concentration fluctuates between 1 500 × 10-6~2 500 × 10-6.The closer to the fire source,the greater the CO concentration.The highest peak is 2 977 × 10-6 in 15 s and the temperature is around 500℃,which is very easy to cause personnel poisoning.关键词
