摘要

Abstract

When using a U-shaped ventilation system in the 15101 working face of Changshun Coal Mine,gas accumulation often occurs in the upper corner area.To address this issue,this study utilized Fluent software for numerical simulation and conducted an in-depth analysis of the effects of a U-shaped ventilation system on gas migration,air leakage,and changes in gas concentration in the goaf and upper corner under high extraction conditions.The flow characteristics and aggregation trend of gas in goaf were revealed through simulation.We have proposed a gas control method that combines U-shaped venti-lation,high extraction roadway,and upper corner buried pipes.By adjusting the burial depth and the negative pressure of gas extraction,the influence of different parameters on the gas extraction effect was explored.The research results show that the gas concentration in the upper corner was the lowest when the burial depth of the upper corner pipe was about 10 meters,and the extraction negative pressure of the upper corner pipe was 20 kPa,resulting in the best extraction effect.These find-ings provide scientific theoretical support for the implementation of upper corner's buried pipe layout on site,which helps optimize gas control measures and ensure the safety of mine operations.
