摘要

Abstract

The nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs)were prepared by solvent-thermal method in this study,and the Al-based metal-organic frameworks decorated with N-CDs composite material(MIL-53(Al)-NH2@N-CDs)was fabricated by in-situ hydrothermal method.The abundant carboxyl functional groups on the surface of N-CDs enabled their participation in the coordination assembly process of Al-MOFs,and through the spatial hindrance effect,the orientation and growth process of MOFs crystals were restricted,thereby achieving the morphology control of MOFs,transforming them from three-dimensional gear-like structures to short rod-like cross-linked nano-flowers.Additionally,based on the fluorescence properties of MIL-53(Al)-NH2@N-CDs,fluorescent-tunable multi-color light-emitting diode(LED)devices were further fabricated.The results demonstrate that N-CDs can effectively regulate the morphology and fluorescence properties of MIL-53(Al)-NH2.Furthermore,the mechanism underlying the regulation of MIL-53(Al)-NH2 assembly behavior by N-CDs was analyzed,which provided a design method for synthesizing novel MOFs morphological structures,and also offered a new insight for developing high-performance multi-color LED devices.
