Research on the Demonstration and Application of Intelligent Technology Integration in the"Architectural Programming-POE"Process of Large-Scale Construction Projects
针对大型建筑工程"前策划—后评估"智能技术缺乏系统应用及成效反馈机制不足等问题,本研究探索建立了"理论转译—技术应用—多类型、分阶段、全寿期示范—成果总结—理论反馈"的技术集成应用框架,通过10项示范工程开展不同寿期智能技术应用验证,为提升大型建筑工程智能化管理水平提供了新的思路和方法.
This study addresses the deficiencies in the systematic application and effectiveness feedback mechanism of"Architectural Programming-POE"intelligent technology in large-scale construction projects.It explores the establishment of a technology integration application framework encompassing"theoretical and technical application demonstration,multi-type,phased,and full-life cycle demonstrations,as well as achievement summaries and feedback".Through ten demonstration projects,various intelligent technology applications across different life cycles are verified,offering new insights and methodologies for enhancing the intelligent management level of large-scale construction projects.
