麦饭石-沙蒿多糖-有机酸复合制剂对断奶羔羊生长性能和肠道健康的影响
Effects of maifan stone-Artemisia arenaria polysaccharide-organic acid composite preparation on growth performance and intestinal health of weaned lambs

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of the maifan stone-Artemisia arenaria polysaccharide-organic acid composite preparation on the growth performance and intestinal health of weaned lambs.A total of 30 Alxa cashmere goat weaned lambs with a body weight of(21.55±2.43)kg were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with six replicates per group and one lamb per replicate.The control group(CK group)was fed a basic diet,while the experimental groups were added the 5 g/d maifan stone+5 g/d Artemisia arenaria polysaccharide(AP group),5 g/d maifan stone+5 g/d Artemisia arenaria polysaccharide+3 g/d monolaurin(APM group),5 g/d maifan stone+5 g/d Artemisia arenaria polysaccharide+5 g/d disodium fumarate(APDF group),and 5 g/d maifan stone+5 g/d Artemisia arenaria polysaccharide+5 g/d coated sodium butyrate(APSB group)to the basic diet,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the CK group,there was no significant difference in body weight among each experimental groups(P＞0.05),but the average daily weight gain of the APDF group was the highest,increasing by 18.13％.The apparent digestibility of dry matter,neutral detergent fiber and crude protein in the APDF group and APSB group were significantly increased(P＜0.05).The gene mRNA expression levels of Claudin-1 in the jejunum and cecum,Claudin-2 and zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)in the duodenum and colon,and Occludin in the colon of the AP group were significantly increased(P＜0.05).The gene mRNA expression level of Claudin-1 in the jejunum and cecum of the APDF group was significantly increased(P＜0.05).The gene mRNA expression levels of Claudin-2 in the ileum,ZO-1 in the colon and Claudin-1 in the cecum of the APSB group was significantly increased(P＜0.05).The villus height in the jejunum and ileum and the villus to crypt ratio in the jejunum of AP group,APM group and APDF group were significantly increased(P＜0.05).The study indicates that the composite preparation of 5 g/d maifan stone+5 g/d Artemisia arenaria polysaccharide+5 g/d disodium fumarate can increase the apparent digestibility of nutrients in weaned lambs,promote the mRNA expression of intestinal barrier related genes,enhance intestinal transformation and absorption functions,and improve growth performance and intestinal health.关键词
