尼龙袋法评价广西地区6种常用粗饲料的水牛瘤胃降解特性
Evaluation of rumen degradation characteristics of six common roughages in buffaloes in Guangxi by nylon bag method

Abstract
The experiment aimed to determine the nutritional components and rumen degradation characteristics of six common roughages(corn stalks,sugarcane tail leaves,elephant grass,whole corn,whole corn silage,and Bidens pilosa L.)in Guangxi,enriching the nutritional value database of the above-mentioned roughages.Three hybrid buffaloes with permanent rumen fistulas were selected as experimental animals,and six time points,namely 4,8,12,24,48,and 72 hours,were set.The concentrations of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),organic matter(OM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of six kinds of roughage,as well as their rumen degradation rates and degradation parameters were determined.The results showed that the DM content of Bidens pilosa L.and sugarcane tail leaves was significantly higher than that of other roughares(P<0.05),the CP and OM concentrations of whole corn were significantly higher than those of other roughares(P<0.05),the NDF content of elephant grass and sugarcane tail leaves was significantly higher than that of other roughares(P<0.05),and the ADF content of elephant grass was significantly higher than that of other roughares(P<0.05).The relative feeding value(RFV)of whole corn silage,corn stalks,Bidens pilosa L.and whole corn was significantly higher than that of sugarcane tail leaves and elephant grass(P<0.05).The effective degradation rates of DM and OM of corn stalks were significantly higher than those of other roughares(P<0.05),while the effective degradation rates of CP,NDF and ADF of Bidens pilosa L.were significantly lower than those of other roughares(P<0.05).The study shows that corn stalks,whole-plant corn silage and whole-plant corn have a high degradation rate and are good choices for roughage,among which whole-plant corn has the highest quality.The degradation rates of sugarcane tail leaves,elephant grass and Bidens pilosa L.are relatively low.Sugarcane tail leaves and elephant grass are abundant in resources in Guangxi and are medium choices.The RFV of Bidens pilosa L.is high,but its degradation rate is low.It is recommended to further process it to improve its utilization rate.关键词
