亚硝酸盐慢性胁迫对昆明裂腹鱼幼鱼血清、肝脏生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of chronic nitrite stress on serum and liver biochemical indicators,and antioxidative capacity of juvenile Schizothorax grahami

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the toxic effects of nitrite stress on the juvenile Schizothorax grahami.A total of 225 juvenile fish with an average weight of(17.37±4.40)g were randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates per group and 15 fish per replicate.The control group did not add nitrite,while the experimental group was subjected to stress with different concentrations of nitrite(0.01,0.10,1.00,and 10.00 mg/L),respectively.The stress periods were 14,28 and 42 days.The results showed that after 14 days of stress,compared with the control group,the serum glucose(Glu)content of the juvenile fish in the 10.00 mg/L group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the liver aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity significantly increased(P<0.05).The liver superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity significantly decreased in the 0.10,1.00,and 10.00 mg/L groups(P<0.05),and the catalase(CAT)activity significantly decreased in the 10.00 mg/L group(P<0.05).After 42 days of stress,the serum potassium ion(K+)concentration in all experimental groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)concentration in 1.00 mg/L group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 14,28 and 42 days of stress,the alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity in the liver of juvenile fish showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of nitrite content.The study indicates that to ensure the healthy aquaculture of Schizothorax grahami,the nitrite content in the water should be controlled below 1.00 mg/L.关键词
