摘要
Abstract
The shiology system is a comprehensive knowlege framework for addressing human food-related issues.In the con-struction of the shiology system,the study of food components is a vital part of the study of eaters'needs.This study has re-es-tablished the concept and connotation of the food components with the aim of studying all the inherent characteristics of food.It proposes a dual metacognitive system with food originology and food elementology as its core content to conduct in-depth research on food components and food characteristics to guide human scientific dietary practices,thereby meeting the human needs for sur-vival,health and longevity.Based on the eastern health theories and modern nutritional theories,it clarifies the shiology issues faced by humanity and provides a vision for the future development of the discipline.关键词
