数字技术赋能农业现代化的域外经验比较与中国借鉴
Comparison of foreign experiences of digital technology empowering agricultural modernization and itsreferences for China
摘要
Abstract
Digital ttechnology has become the core driving force for promoting Chinese-style modernization,especially in the transformation of agricultural modernization.Digital technology can empower the digital transformation of agricultural produc-tion,the refined management of agricultural operations,and the horizontal and vertical extension of the agricultural industry.Cur-rently,the level of agricultural digitalization in China is relatively lagging behind,and the integration with digital technology faces various difficulties.However,under a stable and supportive policy environment,there is room for sustainable improvement.This article reviews the precision agriculture model in the United States and the intensive smart agriculture model in Japan,elabo-rating on the operational mechanism and logical framework of digital technology empowering agricultural modernization,both of which have achieved the organization of agriculture,refined management,and integration of agricultural property rights through organizational system innovation,policy tool innovation,and industrial chain integration,effectively releasing the empowering po-tential of digital technology.To address the current limitations in institutional design,technical tool boundaries,field application boundaries,and subject execution limits of digital technology empowering agricultural modernization,China needs to improve the cross-departmental collaborative governance framework for agricultural digitalization,build a"demand-oriented"technology adap-tation mechanism,create a"county-enterprise-farmer"linked digital agriculture application ecosystem,and implement a digital ca-pacity improvement project for new types of agricultural business entities in the future.关键词
