因地制宜:低空经济助推城乡融合发展的路径与着力点
The path and focus of low-altitude economy in promoting urban-rural integration
摘要
Abstract
Urban-rural integration development is an inevitable requirement of Chinese-style modernization.Low-altitude econo-my,as an emerging driver promoting the flow of urban-rural elements and deep industrial collaboration,has comprehensive ad-vantages in optimizing resource allocation,promoting industrial upgrading,improving equitable access to public services,and strengthening digital empowerment.Based on the inherent logic of low-altitude economy fostering urban-rural integration,this pa-per systematically clarifies existing practical dilemmas,including inadequate infrastructure,undeveloped logistics networks,lag-ging policy frameworks,and significant regional digital divides.It finds that low-altitude economy can advance urban-rural inte-gration through efficient circulation of urban-rural resources,empowerment of rural industrial upgrading,expansion of public ser-vice coverage,and enhancement of county-level hub functionalities.To fully realize the boosting effects of low-altitude economy,policy systems should be constructed from four dimensions:construction,coordination,activation,and innovation.Specifically,efforts should focus on improving regulatory frameworks and infrastructure construction,facilitating cross-level coordination and policy integration,implementing pilot demonstrations and targeted breakthroughs tailored to local conditions,and accelerating digital empowerment and intelligent low-altitude applications to ensure the stable and sustainable integration path of"low-altitude economy+urban-rural development.".关键词
