职业流动与农民工群体的内部收入差距
Occupation mobility and income gap among migrant workers
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data from the China Labor-force Dynamic Survey in 2012 and 2014,it analyzed the characteristics of occupational mobility and income gap among migrant workers and explored the factors influencing income gap with the panel quantile regression model.It found that migrant workers'occupational mobility contributes to widening the income gap of migrant workers.Among the influencing factors,age,education level,possession of an occupational certificate,and social capital have a positive impact on reducing the income gap among migrant workers,whereas working years tend to widen the income gap.Fur-ther analysis shows significant gender and regional heterogeneity.Specifically,the occupational mobility of female migrant work-ers tends to widen the income gap.Regarding regional differences,migrant workers'occupational mobility in the central and east-ern region helps to narrow the income gap.In contrast,in the central and western region,it has no significant impact on the in-come gap.关键词
