农业职业经理人经营能力对合作社绩效的影响
The impact of agricultural professional managers'management capability on cooperative performance

Abstract
The No.1 Central Document has emphasized for two consecutive years that to consolidate the foundation of agricul-ture,rural areas and farmers,it is necessary to support new types of agricultural business entities and build a high-quality produc-tion and operation team.Under this background,this research takes agricultural cooperatives in Shanxi Province as the research subject and uses SPSS 27.0 and Mplus Editor to conduct confirmatory factor analysis.It confirms that the management ability of professional managers indirectly enhances the performance of cooperatives by improving the operation level of farmers.The close-ness of internal interest connection not only positively regulates the direct relationship between the management ability of profes-sional managers and the performance of cooperatives,but also strengthens the mediating effect of the operation level of farmers between the two.The research resultsprovide a theoretical basis for improving the performance of agricultural cooperatives and the management ability of agricultural professional managers in Shanxi Province and even in China.关键词
