Empowering urban-rural integration with the new quality productive forces:practical dilemmas and optimized pathways
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,promoting the new quality productive forces to empower urban-rural integration is the key to urban-rural integration construction and the requirement for sustainable urban and ru-ral development.The application and promotion of new quality productive forces in urban-rural integration can not only optimize the urban-rural economic structure and promote social prosperity,but also achieve environmental sustainability.Moreover,urban-rural integration provides a broad application scenario and development space for the development of new quality productive forc-es.However,in practice,the adaptability predicament of new quality productive forces in rural areas,structural imbalance,in-sufficient fit and lack of innovation in urban-rural integration restrict its effective empowerment.Thus it proposed promoting the multi-dimensional linkage of urban and rural factors,technologies and industries,reconstructing the coordinated ecology of urban and rural digital,human resources and governance,breaking down the barriers of concepts,markets and institutions,and con-necting the knowledge transformation chain,to promote the coordinated development and comprehensive integration of urban and rural economies with the empowerment effect of new quality productive forces,and then achieve the maturity and finalization of the system and mechanism of urban-rural integration.关键词
