结直肠癌化疗相关的精神心理问题及其处理中国专家共识
Chinese expert consensus on chemotherapy-related psychological issues and interventions for patients with colorectal cancer

Abstract
As an important type of malignant tumors of the digestive system,colorectal cancer has a high incidence worldwide.Chemo-therapy is a crucial treatment modality and is applied throughout the entire course of the treatment of colorectal cancer.During the chemo-therapy process,patients are susceptible to a diverse array of psychosocial issues.These problems have the potential to exert a negative im-pact on both the quality of life and the prognosis.There is no national consensus on the management of psychological issues associated with chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Chinese Society of Psychosomatic Medicine,Chinese Psychosocial Oncology Society,and Psychiatrists Branch,Guangdong Physician Association convened a consensus expert panel.Through a comprehensive and systematic review of pertinent literature published domestically and internationally,and multiple rounds of in-depth discussions,the panel developed this consensus.The consensus describes the epidemiology and risk factors of the related issues,and puts forward 36 recommendations from the aspects of doctor-patient communication,evaluation,intervention measures,medical support and education.The aim is to offer practical guidelines for enhancing the comprehension of psychiatric and psychological issues that occur during chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer,optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer,and promoting the advancement of psycho-oncology in China.关键词
