基于铁死亡探讨益气化瘀清热方对局灶节段性肾小球硬化大鼠生化指标的影响
Exploring the effect of Yiqi Huayu Qingre Formula(益气化瘀清热方)on biochemical indica-tors in FSGS rats based on ferroptosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Yiqi Huayu Qingre Formula(益气化瘀清热方,YHQF)on proteinuria,urinary iron concentration and serum biochemical parameters in focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(FSGS)rats.Methods 63 male SD rats were ran-domly divided into 7 groups,with 9 in each group.In the first 4 weeks,an FSGS rat model was established using doxorubicin induction.In the following 4 weeks,low/medium/high-dose groups of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM),a ferroptosis inhibitor group,and a pred-nisone group were treated with low/medium/high-dose of YHQF,Fer-1,and prednisone,respectively.The 24-hour urine protein quantification(UTP),urine iron concentration,and blood biochemical changes of rats in each group were observed.Results By the 4th weekend,UTP levels were elevated in all groups compared to the control group(P＜0.05);by the end of the 8th week,compared with the model group,the high-dose YHQF group and the ferroptosis inhibitor group showed significant improvements in UTP,urine creati-nine,serum creatinine,and urine iron concentration(P＜0.05),while there were no significant differences in other biochemical indi-cators(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ferroptosis is associated with the pathogenesis of FSGS.YHQF may slow down the progression of FSGS by inhibiting ferroptosis,providing a reference for the mechanism study on YHQF.关键词
