扫白茴风丸对白癜风模型豚鼠血液流变学的影响
Effects of Saobai Huifeng Pill (扫白茴风丸) on hemorheology in model guinea pigs with vitiligo

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Saobai Huifeng Pill(扫白茴风丸,SBHFP)on hemorheological parameters and skin repigmentation in guinea pigs with vitiligo established via chemical depigmentation using 5%hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),and to explore its therapeutic mechanism in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods 40 black-and-white guinea pigs were randomly divided into the blank group,model group,SBHFP group and the Baidianfeng Pill(白癜风丸,BDFP)group(n=10 each).Following depilation,a 5%H2O2 solution was topically applied to induce the vitiligo model.The latter two groups received corresponding drugs via oral gavage.At the end of the experiment,the guinea pigs allocated as follows:the blank group(n=9),the model group(n=10),the SBHFP group(n=9),and the BDFP group(n=10).The depigmentation,hemorheological indexes and pigment repigmentation after treatment were compared among the four groups,and the data were analyzed by corresponding statistical methods.Results Except for the blank group,the mean depigmentation scores in the other three groups exceeded 2 points after 30 days of topical 5%H2O2 application.Plasma viscosity in the SBHFP group was significantly lower than in the BDFP group(P<0.05).Whole blood reduced viscosity at 30 s-1was significantly lower in the SBHFP group compared to both the BDFP group(P<0.01)and the model group(P<0.01).Similarly,whole blood reduced viscosity at high shear rates(200 s-1 and 150 s-1)in the SBHFP group was significantly lower than in the BDFP group(P<0.01 for both comparisons).Additionally,the SBHFP group showed lower whole blood reduced viscosity at a low shear rate(3 s-1)compared to the BDFP group(P<0.01).Regarding repigmentation,the SBHFP group demonstrated superior outcomes to the model group(P<0.01),while the BDFP group also showed better repigmentation than the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion The guinea pig model of vitiligo could be effectively established by external application of 5%H2O2.SBHFP could improve hemorheological parameters and promote the repigmentation of skin lesions in guinea pigs with vitiligo.These findings suggested that SB-HFP may promote repigmentation of vitiligo lesions by alleviating blood stasis in guinea pigs with vitiligo.关键词
