Abstract
When the temporary support of the variable cross-section three-box single-cell bridge is out of contact during the construction process,the part of the load originally borne by the support suddenly shifts to the bridge structure itself,disrupting the force balance of the structure during the construction stage.This abnormal transfer of load causes a redistribution of internal forces in the bridge structure,which causes local deformation or cracking of the structure.Therefore,multiple out-of-contact conditions were set.The variable cross-section three-box single-cell bridge was modeled and analyzed by the shell element in the ABAQUS finite element software,that is,the changes in the overall internal forces and displacements of the bridge caused by different out-of-contact conditions and the influence on the completed bridge state were analyzed.The analysis results show that when the out-of-con-tact point is close to the support,the tensile and compressive stresses gradually increase,and the maximum stress caused by double points out-of-contact is significantly higher than that caused by single-point out-of-contact.The change of out-of-contact position has a greater impact on the maximum longitudinal displacement,but a smaller impact on the minimum displacement.In single-point out-of-contact,the trends of the maximum and minimum values are basically consistent.But the maximum displacement value changes sharply,while the minimum one fluc-tuates slightly;In double points out-of-contact,the maximum lateral displacement value is generally greater than that in the no-out-of-contact state,while the minimum displacement value has no obvious change rule.In terms of vertical displacement,different working conditions in single-point out-of-contact have significant impact on both the maximum and minimum displacements;In double-point out-of-contact,out-of-contact near the support will increase the maximum vertical displacement value,enhancing risk of the bridge.关键词
