社会支持在不孕症女性焦虑、抑郁状况与生活质量间的中介作用
The mediation effect of social support in the relationship among anxiety,depression and fertility quality of life in infertile women

Abstract
Objective:To explore the mediation effect of social support in the relationship among anxiety,depression and quality of life in infertile women. Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,302 infertile patients who were admitted to a certain tertiary hospital in Beijing from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted using the general information questionnaire,the depression section of the Patient Health Questionnaire,the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale,the Social Support Rating Scale,and the Fertility Quality of Life Questionnaire.The structural equation modeling was used to analyze the mediation effect of social support between anxiety,depression and fertility quality of life. Results:The score of Fertility Quality of Life Questionnaire for female infertility patients was(61.95±9.97)points.The average score of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale was(3.40±3.82)points,the average score of the depression section of the Patient Health Questionnaire was(4.19±4.09)points,and the average score of Social Support Rating Scale was(37.94±6.62)points.There was a significant negative correlation of anxiety and depression with social support(r=-0.232,-0.290,P＜0.01),and there was also a negative correlation of anxiety and depression with fertility quality of life(r=-0.507,-0.489,P＜0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between anxiety and depression(r=0.727,P＜0.01).In addition,there was a positive correlation between social support and fertility quality of life(r=0.322,P＜0.01).Social support played a significant mediation effect between depression and quality of life,with the indirect effect accounting for 19.05％of the total effect. Conclusions:The quality of life of female infertility patients is impaired to varying degrees.Anxiety and depression have a direct negative impact on the quality of life of infertility patients,and social support plays a significant mediation effect between depression and quality of life of infertility patients.关键词
