细胞质丝状连接在PGT-A患者中的观察及临床应用价值研究
Observation on cytoplasmic strings and its clinical application value in patients undergoing preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy

Abstract
Objective:To compare the differences between blastocysts with cytoplasmic strings(CS)and those without such CS,and to explore the effects of CS on clinical pregnancy rate,the miscarriage rate,and live birth rate,and to further study the value of CS in embryo development and clinical applications. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the embryo and clinical data of 186 female patients who underwent preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy(PGT-A)at the Reproductive and Genetic Hospital of CITIC-Xiangya in Changsha from January 2018 to December 2023.The patients were divided into two groups based on whether the transferred blastocysts containing CS:the study group(with CS,n=135)and the control group(without CS,n=51).The basic characteristics,embryonic developmental dynamics and clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in basic characteristics between the two groups(P>0.05).As for the embryonic developmental dynamics,the time required for the study group to complete the corresponding cell events was shorter than that of the control group,and the quality of the blastocysts was higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate(68.1%vs.43.1%)and live birth rate(61.5%vs.31.4%)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions:The presence of CS is associated with embryo growth and development,and have effects on blastocyst quality,clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate.关键词
