环泊酚复合舒芬太尼用于无痛人工流产手术的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the safety and efficacy of cyclopofol combined with sufentanil in painless induced abortion.
Methods:A total of 96 patients who underwent painless abortion in the Civil Aviation General Hospital from September to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table:propofol group(2 mg/kg propofol combined with sufentanil,48 cases)and cyclopofol group(0.5 mg/kg cyclopofol combined with sufentanil,48 cases).The two groups were administered separately for anesthesia induction,and the abortion was performed after the patient's eyelash reflex completely disappeared.The general information,onset time of anesthesia and intraoperative medication,relevant hemodynamic indicators,postoperative conditions and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.
Results:The operations were completed successfully in the two groups.There were no significant differences in age,height,and duration of menopause between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were also no significant differences in the onset time of anesthesia,the number of intraoperative movements,the number of additional drugs,the total amount of additional drugs and the total amount of drugs applied between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in mean arterial pressure(MAP)and the heart rate(HR)between the two groups at different time points(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in the length of stay in the recovery room after surgery and the visual analogue score(VAS)of uterine contraction pain between the two groups(P＞0.05).At the end of operation,the modified observed alertness/sedation score(MOAA/S)in the propofol group was significantly higher than that in the cyclopofol group(P＜0.05).The incidence of injection pain in the propofol group was significantly higher than that in the cyclopofol group(12.5％vs.0.0％,P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the occurrence of other adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).
Conclusions:Cyclopofol 0.5 mg/kg and propofol 2 mg/kg combined with sufentanil for painless induced abortion had comparable anesthetic effects.Moreover,the incidence of injection pain of cyclopofol is lower and the patient acceptance is higher,which deserves clinical attention.关键词
