摘要

Abstract

Microporous silicon carbide,as a ceramic material with a special pore structure,has core advantages such as high-temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,high mechanical strength,and unique microporous structure regulation a-bility.With its performance complexity and scene adaptability,it is penetrating from core semiconductor manufacturing to multiple fields such as aerospace and new energy.In the future,as technology iterates and costs are optimized,the market size will further expand.Through the description of the characteristics of microporous silicon carbide ceramic materials,the author explains the forming methods of microporous silicon carbide ceramics and briefly introduces the applications of this type of ceramics in other fields.
