低空技术在铁路巡查中的经济效益分析
Economic Benefit Analysis of Low-Altitude Technology in Railway Inspection

Abstract
In order to address the prominent issues of low quality and high cost in railway inspection,low-altitude technology was integrated into railway inspection operations.The integrated development of low-altitude and railways was intricately linked with airspace management regulations,low-altitude technology,inspection requirements,and other critical factors.This study analyzed the critical thresholds of no-fly airspace restricted by regulations and related documents and summarized the legally permitted flight airspace and reasonable application scenarios for railway inspection.On this basis,the local regulations and systems of Jiangsu Province and the Nanjingnan-Taicang High Speed Railway were taken as examples,and this research established a flight model and a cost calculation model of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)for external environment inspection along the railways.A"low-altitude+manual"integrated inspection model was proposed,and the economic benefits of"low-altitude+manual"inspection and traditional manual inspection were analyzed by net present value(NPV).The research shows that the"low-altitude+manual"integrated inspection mode can save 37%of the cost,and with the innovation and improvement of low-altitude technology,the proportion of cost investment will continue to decline.In addition,in the future,as the reform of railway airspace management progresses,there will be more and more inspection scenarios of"low-altitude+railways",and the economic benefits of low-altitude will become increasingly prominent.关键词
