摘要

Abstract

To systematically sort out the development context of strawberry tissue culture technology and the core achievements in ge-netic transformation research,this paper reviewed the research progress of strawberry tissue culture from aspects such as explant se-lection and pre treatment,culture condition selection,induction of regeneration and proliferation,and test-tube seedling rooting.Meanwhile,it summarized the application achievements of molecular breeding technologies such as transgenesis and gene editing in strawberry resistance improvement and new variety breeding.On this basis,the key problems existing in the current technical system were analyzed emphatically:traditional shoot tip culture relied on manual operation,which had limitations such as high technical dif-ficulty,low survival rate and high cost;the existing regeneration and genetic transformation systems were generally restricted by geno-type,with insufficient stability and repeatability,made it difficult to realize large-scale application across varieties.Finally,the future research directions were prospected in combination with industrial demands and technical bottlenecks,in order to provide theoretical reference and technical support for the efficient advancement of strawberry biotechnology breeding and the sustainable development of the industry.
