新疆涉农高校农产品电商"双创"人才培养路径探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of the Training Path for"Innovation and Entrepreneurship"Talents in Agri-cultural Product E-commerce in Xinjiang Agricultural Related Universities—A Case Study of University A

Abstract
To solve the problem of imbalance between supply and demand of E-commerce"Innovation and Entrepreneurship"talents for Xinjiang's agricultural products,this study took the school of economics and management of Xinjiang Agricultural University A as a case.It adopted case study,questionnaire survey and practical data analysis to explore the talent cultivation path under the concept of"1+N+X"(where"1"stood for the"One County,One Product"live-streaming E-commerce base,"N"for agricultural-related enterprises,and"X"for colleges and universities).Additionally,it constructed a"five-in-one"model of"industry-university-research-competi-tion-innovation"and a multi-cycle mechanism of"theory-practical training-actual combat"3D"university-enterprise-industry"collaboration.The survey findings revealed that 76%of enterprises considered the talents delivered by colleges and universities in-compatible with job requirements,and there were significant differences in the recruitment channels for anchors across different in-dustries.In practice,the school earried out in-depth cooperation with live-streaming E-commerce base and agricultural-related en-terprises.During the 2023 academic year,it completed 52 agricultural assistance live-streaming sessions,covering 218 students and boosting the sales of characteristic products such as Jiashi melons.The rate of students obtaining professional qualifications reached 91%,and the employment matching rate stood at 83.8%.Moreover,7 student teams were incubated,relevant competitions attracted 472 student participants,and the playback volume of Douyin videos had exceeded 12 million.To sum up,this training model had ef-fectively improved students' professional capabilities and employability,promoted the digital marketing of Xinjiang's characteristic agri-cultural products and the upgrading of the agricultural industry,and provided a reference for similar universities.It contributed to the digital transformation of Xinjiang's agriculture and rural revitalization.In the future,it is necessary to deepen the integration of in-dustry and education,optimize the curriculum system,and integrate regional resources.关键词
