Abstract
Social media, leveraging its unique technical advantages and complex ecological structure, exerts a profound influence on the formation and evolution of national political agendas.Existing research demon-strates that social media platforms significantly reconfigure the prioritization and dissemination patterns of political issues through mechanisms such as multimodal information coordination,algorithm-driven content recommendation, and spatiotemporal compression.Consequently,agenda-setting power experiences a nota-ble shift from traditional political elites to digital platforms and the public sphere, engendering structural transformation of policy agendas. To address these challenges, this paper advocates the establishment of a comprehensive,multi-tiered governance framework encompassing the promotion of algorithmic transparency and platform accountability, the enhancement of digital media literacy, the reinforcement of collaborative governance between state actors and platforms, and the safeguarding of national digital sovereignty. It is through the synergistic implementation of technological regulation, public capacity building, and multi-stakeholder cooperation that the complex interventions of social media in national political agendas can be effectively managed, thereby safeguarding the orderly functioning of political agendas and the sustained re-alization of public interests.关键词
