Abstract
Objective To explore the cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection in post-menopausal women and analyze its risk factors. Methods A total of 5645 postmenopausal women who underwent HR-HPV screening in Lanzhou Chengguan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected. All of them were tested by HR-HPV nucleic acid detection kit to analyze the cervical HR-HPV infection in postmenopausal women.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of cervical HR-HPV in postmenopausal women. Results Among the 5645 cases,789 cases(13.98%)were infected with cervical HR-HPV.Compared with the non-infection group, the infection group was older, and had a higher proportion of smoking history,≥2 sexual partners, autoimmune diseases, and abnormal vaginal lactobacillus(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, smoking history(OR=2.428),more than 2 sexual partners(OR=2.595),autoimmune diseases(OR=3.029),abnormal vaginal lactobacillus(OR=3.822)were independent risk factors for cervical HR-HPV infection in postmenopausal women(P<0.05).Conclusion The cervical HR-HPV infection in postmenopausal women is related to smoking history, the number of sexual partners, autoimmune diseases, and vaginal lactobacillus.Targeted intervention is needed in clinical practice.关键词
