Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of intrauterine adhesions(IUA)in patients after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp in Longkou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected.According to whether IUA occurred after surgery,they were divided into occurrence group and non-occurrence group.The logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of postoperative IUA.Results Among the 150 patients,31(20.67%)had IUA after surgery.The logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus(OR=4.192,95%CI=1.822-9.645),cesarean section history(OR=4.020,95%CI=1.702-9.494),dilatation and curettage history(OR=5.395,95%CI=2.328-12.502),gravidity≥2 times(OR=4.476,95%CI=1.921-10.430),multiple polyps(OR=4.728,95%CI=1.950-11.463),intrauterine device(OR=4.828,95%CI=2.035-11.452)were the risk factors of IUA after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the IUA of patients with hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp,and targeted intervention measures should be formulated according to the clinical situation of patients.关键词
