Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Estradiol Valerate combined with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 90 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who visited in Laiwu District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center,Jinan City from January 2023 to June 2024 were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate,while the observation group was treated with Estradiol Valerate on this basis.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,symptom improvement,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of sex hormones and symptoms in both groups improved after treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Estradiol Valerate and Medroxyprogesterone Acetate in patients with perimenopausal syndrome can enhance clinical efficacy,regulate sex hormone levels,and improve symptoms.关键词
