改进小波阈值算法在井地电磁法物理模拟信号处理中的应用

摘要
Abstract
The borehole-to-surface electromagnetic method holds significant potential in deep earth exploration,hydrocarbon reservoir delineation,reservoir distribution studies,and dynamic monitoring of oil well water or slurry injection.However,field-acquired BSEM data are often contaminated by random noise,which complicates data interpretation.To address the limitations of traditional wavelet denoising methods,this paper proposes a hybrid wavelet denoising approach based on the Generalized Cross-Validation(GCV)criterion and Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO).Through simulation experiments and validation using physical simulation data with added 50 Hz power frequency noise,the proposed method significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and reduces the mean square error(MSE).It effectively removes noise while preserving signal characteristics,thereby enhancing the accuracy and reliability of Borehole-to-surface electromagnetic data interpretation.关键词
