珠江三角洲表层土壤有机碳分布特征及主要影响因素研究
Distribution characteristics of surface soil organic carbon and its influencing factors in the Pearl River Delta

Abstract
Soil organic carbon is an important part of the global carbon cycle and has an essential impact on climate change.The study of the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of surface soil organic carbon in the Pearl River Delta region can provide a reference for the study of regional climate,soil carbon source and sink changes and carbon cycles.In the Pearl River Delta region,spanning approximately 17,000 square kilometers,98 surface soil samples were collected to determine the content of organic carbon,pH,and significant elements in the surface soils.The soil organic carbon density and storage within this area were estimated,and the distribution characteristics of surface soil organic carbon were summarized.Correlation analysis and mathematical statistics were employed to explore the factors influencing the distribution of soil organic carbon content in the region.The results indicated that:(1)The average content of surface soil organic carbon in the study area was 1.38%,and the organic carbon density was 3.52kg/m2,showing the distribution characteristics of high organic carbon content in the western region and low organic carbon content in the eastern region,and the surface soil organic carbon storage was 0.061 Pg,accounting for about 1/7 of the surface soil carbon storage in Guangdong Province;(2)There is a significant correlation between soil organic carbon content and soil physicochemical properties,specifically showing positive correlations with iron oxide,magnesium oxide,calcium oxide,and sodium oxide,and negative correlations with silicon dioxide and pH,reflecting the influence of soil texture and material sources on the formation and stabilization of organic carbon;(3)The soil organic carbon content in the study area is obviously restricted by soil type,soil texture,soil genesis and land use patterns,and the soil organic carbon content is higher in paddy soil,clay,alluvial and cultivated land;(4)Soil organic carbon is correlated with climatic and vegetative environmental factors,indicating that these factors can significantly impact microbial activity and surface litter,affecting soil organic carbon content;(5)The effects of soil type and soil texture on soil organic carbon content were important.关键词
