Construction of Open Educational Resources for Stereochemical Teaching Resources of Information Technology Courses under the Background of Digital Empowerment

Abstract
This paper focuses the construction mode and sharing mechanism of information technology(IT)course open educa-tional resources(OER)under the background of digital empowerment.Through literature analysis,case study and practice summary,this paper constructs a construction framework for OER with multi-subject collaborative participation,covering core processes such as demand analysis,resource development,open sharing and dynamic optimization,and proposes a sharing mechanism based on open platforms,inter-cooperation,policy incentives and technology empowerment.This paper finds that digital technology has significantly improved the availability,adaptability and dissemination efficiency of OER by supporting the personalization,intelligence and multimodalization of resources.However,at the same time,it faces challenges such as techno-logical barriers,quality standardization,intellectual property protection and insufficient digital literacy of teachers.As for the problems,this paper proposes systematic strategies from three aspects,i.e.,capacity building,standard formulation and insti-tutional innovation,providing theoretical and practical guidance for the sustainable development of IT course OER.This paper further points out that the future development of OER needs to be deeply integrated with emerging technologies such as artifi-cial intelligence and block chains,promoting the intelligent and ecological construction,which is of great value to promote edu-cational equity,optimize resource allocation and achieve the teaching goal of"learning by doing".关键词
