Abstract
In China's healthcare system construction,the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system facilitates the rational al-location of medical resources to meet patients'healthcare needs.Therefore,integrating big data and artificial intelligence tech-nologies into the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system enables the acquisition of patient characteristic data through data mining.An artificial fish swarm algorithm(AFSA)is employed to optimize the BP network,thereby constructing an AFSA-BP prediction model for patient hospitalization.This approach contributes to more rational healthcare-seeking behavior for pa-tients.In patient data mining,the improved k-means model demonstrates a 46.68%reduction in clustering error compared to the traditional k-means model.For predicting abnormal referral patients,the AFSA-BP model achieves an accuracy rate of over 90.65%in forecasting hospitalization duration.The research findings hold significant reference value for the current digital transformation of hospitals.关键词
