Construction of Personalized News Recommendation System Based on Intelligent Algorithm

Abstract
A personalized news recommendation system based on intelligent algorithms is proposed to address the problem of low recommendation accuracy in existing recommendation systems with limited user rating data.The study combines two col-laborative filtering algorithms centered on users and functional items,and calculates the strength of social relationships based on user social relationship data.The project feature vector and fusion similarity are calculated based on the project attribute feature data,and corresponding user similarity network and project similarity network are constructed.A personalized news recom-mendation system is constructed,and typical accuracy parameters of the recommendation system are selected as evaluation indi-cators.According to the simulation experiment results,the hybrid recommendation algorithm has a personalized news recom-mendation recall rate of 9.0％when the number of neighbors is 10.When the number of neighbors is 100,the recall rate of personalized news recommendations is 15.6％.The experimental results show that the personalized news recommendation sys-tem based on hybrid recommendation algorithm has certain advantages in recommendation performance.关键词
