多阴极交叉放电制备移动式微弧氧化涂层
Preparation of mobile micro-arc oxidation coatings by multi-cathode cross discharge method

Abstract
Aimed at the problems of low processing efficiency and poor film-forming uniformity existing in the current mobile micro-arc oxidation(MMAO)when processing large-area work-pieces,based on the preparation of MMAO films by combining multiple cathodes,a MMAO ma-chine was used to explore the coupling of discharge regions between multiple cathodes,so that coatings can grow in the intersecting regions.Multiple intersection regions were designed rational-ly to integrate multiple cathodes for preparing MMAO coatings with different properties.In the friction performance test,the strong breakdown voltage micro-arc oxidation(S)area coating and the strong-strong breakdown voltage micro-arc oxidation intersection(S-S)area coating showed no abrasion under 2 N load,and the average coefficient of friction of the S-S coating decreased by 0.060 9 compared with that of the S coating.In the electrochemical corrosion experiments,the corrosion potential of the S-S coating was 0.0481 6 V higher than the S coating by 0.0481 6 V.The S-S coating had superior corrosion resistance in S-S area than that of the S coating.Compared with other coatings,the capacitive arc radius of the coating in the S-S zone increased by approxi-mately 1-2 orders of magnitude,and superior corrosion resistance was obtained in the S-S zone.The tribological behavior of the better coatings and the coating formation mechanism under the influence of multiple discharge regions were explained.The results show that the S-S area coating has the advantages of homogeneous thickness,small friction coefficient and excellent corrosion re-sistance.This study provides guidance for the development of MMAO into the field of multiple discharge regions.关键词
