Progress in clinical diagnosis and treatment of gram-negative bacteria in diabetic foot ulcer infection
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the most serious chronic complications of diabetes,with high morbidity and mortality.The pathogenesis of diabetic foot is complex,and Gram-negative bacteria(GNB)in-fection is increasingly becoming a key factor in disease progression and amputation.This article systematically reviewed the epidemiological trends,pathogenesis,pathogen characteristics,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examinations,and comprehensive treatment of GNB infection in diabetic foot ulcers.In the future,it is neces-sary to strengthen the research on the mechanism of GNB resistance,the development of new antibiotics and multidisciplinary collaborative management to reduce the amputation rate and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
