摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI),as an important part of vascular cognitive impairment,severely impacts patients' quality of life.Its pathogenesis is associated with multiple factors,such as brain structure,cerebrovascular risk factors,immunity,and the"gut-brain axis".Acupuncture offers new avenues for PSCI rehabilitation,such as combined rehabilitation training,medication,and elec-trical stimulation.However,current challenges include inconsistent acupoint prescriptions and treatment modalities,small study sample sizes and design limitations,and limited understanding of mechanisms of action.This article summarized the research progress and current status of acupuncture treatment for PSCI,hoping to strengthen future research,explore the potential of acupuncture for PSCI,and provide more effec-tive treatment options for patients.关键词
