淀粉-丙烯酸盐双网络水凝胶灌浆材料的制备及性能
Preparation and Performance of Starch-reinforced Acrylate Double-network Hydrogel Grouting Materials

Abstract
To develop high-performance acrylate grouting materials utilizing renewable resources,carboxymethyl starch sodium(SCMS)and Tapioca starch(TS)were employed as the second gel network to fabricate acrylate double-network(DN)hydrogels.The effects of starch type and addition amount on the properties of acrylate pastes and gel bodies were investigated,and the optimal starch content was determined.The results demonstrated that increasing starch content enhanced the water absorption rate,tearing strength,compressive strength of sand-solidified bodies,and adhesion strength of the gel,while reducing water loss and tensile elongation at break.Among the formulations tested,10 wt%SCMS incorporation(SCMS-10)yielded optimal comprehensive performance.Compared to pure acrylate hydrogel,SCMS-10 exhibited significant improvements:water absorption increased by 157.7%to 134%,tear strength enhanced by 152.8%to 1.34 kN/m,compressive strength of grouted sand improved by 88.1%to 726 kPa,and adhesive strength increased by 139.6%to 84.1 kPa.Conversely,water loss decreases by 15.4%to 33%,and tensile elongation at break reduces by 16.6%to 980%.The starch-reinforced acrylate grouting material demonstrates superior performance in civil construction and dam seepage control applications.关键词
