Biological Functions and Applications of Tea Polyphenols
摘要
Abstract
Tea Polyphenols is one of the main components of tea,this paper reviews the biological functions and applications in medicine and food.Tea polyphenols are mainly composed of catechins,flavonoids,anthocyanins and other components,with anti-oxidation,anti-bacterial,anti-virus,regulation of metabolism and other biological functions.Tea polyphenols are often used to prevent and treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,cancer,hyperlipemia,and other diseases.Tea polyphenols can also be used as food additives or biopreservatives,membrane additives to improve membrane performance,etc.Tea polyphenols application scenarios are extensive and the market prospects are broad.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for further research and application of tea polyphenols.关键词
