摘要

Abstract

Cellulose casing is made of natural fibers such as cotton wool,wood chips,flax,and other plant fibers.Its characteristics include uniform specifications,good toughness and breathability,high mechanical strength,and smoke permeability.Cellulose casing is made of bio cellulose film substrate,which can adapt to high-speed and automated filling of sausage filling materials.It is an excellent green and environmentally friendly packaging material that can widely replace existing plastic casing,natural casing,protein casing,etc.This article introduces the classification,properties,and applications of cellulose casings,analyzes their current development status at home and abroad,and prospects the future development trends of cellulose casings.With the increasing demand of consumers for food safety and quality,as well as the strengthening of environmental awareness,cellulose casings are expected to play a more significant role in the future market due to their excellent performance and environmental characteristics.
