基于过程风险控制城市内涝防治模拟研究
A Simulation Study on Urban Waterlogging Prevention and Control Based on Process Risk Control
摘要
Abstract
In response to the current inadequacies in urban waterlogging prevention and control design methods and risk response capabilities,this study takes Zhengzhou City as an example and utilizes a hydraulic model platform to evaluate the waterlogging risk control capabilities of different waterlogging prevention and control measure systems,including drainage pipes and channels,detention basins,and drainage pumping stations.The results indicate that the hydraulic model enables dynamic analysis of waterlogging prevention and control measures,enhancing evaluation accuracy and providing effective data support for determining the effectiveness of schemes.Compared to the separate installation of detention facilities or pumping stations,the installation of combined storage and drainage facilities in low-lying areas at the end and middle sections of the system can more effectively control the degree of waterlogging risk during rainfall processes,achieving more optimized waterlogging prevention and control outcomes.关键词
