基于SYSWELD的5A06铝合金搅拌摩擦焊模拟研究
A Simulation Study on Friction Stir Welding of 5A06 Aluminum Alloy Based on SYSWELD

Abstract
A three-dimensional dynamic simulation of the temperature field and metal plastic flow in the friction stir welding of 5A06 aluminum alloy was carried out using the finite element software SYSWELD,and the distributions of the transient temperature field and metal plastic flow behavior were obtained.The transient temperature fields show that high temperatures occur near the shoulder of the stirring head,with a maximum temperature of about 415℃in the quasi-stable state.This is lower than the 5A06 aluminum alloy's melting point of 550℃,and can help to avoid some defects in traditional fusion welding.The temperature on the advancing side is generally higher than on the receding side,mainly due to the advancing side absorbing more frictional heat and heat of deformation.The temperature calculation results are in good agreement with the temperature measurement test results.The metal plastic flow distribution shows that the material across the weld exhibits different flow characteristics.The material in contact with the triangular,fan-shaped stirring pin varies greatly at the corners because the triangular sector on the stirring pin can cause an instantaneous cavity in the weld seam during welding.It provides an important reference for exploring and revealing the plastic rheological mechanism of the FSW weld metal.关键词
