Trend of product design and technological innovation of printing and dyeing auxiliaries based on the concept of environmental friendliness
摘要
Abstract
In the design and production process of printing and dyeing auxiliaries,a large amount of harm-ful substances such as benzene series,formaldehyde and heavy metals are used,and they have long faced environmental challenges such as high resource consumption and large pollution emissions.Taking the con-cept of environmental friendliness as the entry point,the main problems existing in the product design of print-ing and dyeing auxiliaries and the application basis were sorted out.Combining the characteristics of the envi-ronmentally friendly concept,design principles such as source control and reduction,process cleanliness and efficiency coordination,and harmless and resource recycling at the end were proposed.In response to the market demand for printing and dyeing auxiliaries products,the technological innovation trends of printing and dyeing auxiliaries products from the aspects of raw materials,production,and processes were discussed.It confirmed that technological innovation driven by the concept of environmental friendliness could solve the"antinomic"problem between product performance and environmental protection,providing reference ideas for reshaping the sustainable development pattern of the textile industry chain.关键词
