光催化技术在印染废水处理领域的应用研究进展OA
Research progress in the application of photocatalysis technology in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater
我国拥有大量成规模的纺织印染企业,随着这类企业的发展,纺织印染过程中的废水处理问题日益突出.纺织印染废水中主要含有纺织纤维上的污物、油脂、盐类以及加工过程中附加的各种浆料、染料、表面活性剂、助剂、酸碱等.总结目前印染废水的几种主要处理方法,并重点介绍近年国内外光催化降解印染废水的研究进展.光催化降解技术能在光存在的条件下,催化加速有毒有害的有机染料,将重金属离子降解成无毒无害的无机小分子、低价金属离子,具有环境友好、绿色无污染、节能高效的优点,为印染废水处理行业提供了具有巨大应用潜力的技术思路.
China has a large number of large-scale textile printing and dyeing enterprises.With the devel-opment of such enterprises,the problem of wastewater treatment in the process of textile printing and dyeing has become increasingly prominent.Textile printing and dyeing wastewater mainly contains dirt,grease,salt on textile fibers and various slurries,dyes,surfactants,auxilaries,acids and bases added during processing.Several main treatment methods of printing and dyeing wastewater were summarized,and the recent re-search progress in photocatalytic degradation of printing and dyeing wastewater at home and abroad was em-phasized.Photocatalytic degradation technology can catalyze and accelerate toxic and harmful organic dyes in the presence of light,and degrade heavy metal ions into non-toxic and harmless inorganic small molecules and low-cost metal ions.It has the advantages of environmental friendliness,green pollution,energy saving and high efficiency,and provides a technical idea with great application potential for printing and dyeing waste-water treatment industry.
