Current situation and prospects of computer application in the automation and intelligence of printing and dyeing processes

Abstract
The global textile industry is confronted with the dual challenges of green transformation and consumption upgrade.The contradiction between the high energy consumption and high pollution characteris-tics of traditional printing and dyeing processes and the personalized and short-cycle market demands is be-coming increasingly acute.Under the framework of Industry 4.0,computer technology has provided a brand-new path for breaking through efficiency bottlenecks and getting rid of ecological constraints by reconstructing the closed loop of"perception-decision-making-control"in printing and dyeing production.Intelligent algo-rithms drive the optimization of process parameters,Industrial Internet of Things enable collaborative control of equipment,and digital twin technology empowers full-process simulation verification.These technological breakthroughs are promoting the transformation of the printing and dyeing industry towards precise and flexi-ble production models.Therefore,the penetration logic and technical spectrum of computer technology in the printing and dyeing process is analyzed systematically,with the aim of providing theoretical support for the in-telligent upgrade of the industry and the achievement of the carbon neutrality goal.关键词
