Abstract
Polyetheramine ED900 is an important raw material for the preparation of excellent silicone softeners,and its demand is increasing.Polyetheramine was prepared by catalyzing the amination reaction of polyether E900 with heterogeneous nickel-based catalysts,aiming to solve the technical problems of hydroxyl-amination from the aspects of catalysts and processes.The effects of reaction temperature,material ratio and space velocity of polyether E900 on the conversion rate were mainly explored.The optimized reaction condi-tions were established as follows:the reaction temperature was 175℃,the molar ratio of liquid ammonia to polyether E900 was 40∶1,the molar ratio of hydrogen to polyether E900 was 50∶1,and the mass space veloc-ity of polyether was 0.15 h-1.Under this process,the conversion rate of polyether polyol E900 was 99.5%,and the selectivity of primary amine was 98.6%.Finally,the product structure was characterized by using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy technology.The successful development of this process route would pro-vide a strong basis for replacing the traditional batch production process of polyetheramine and achieving con-tinuous production.关键词
