分别从工艺方案与废水进料泵层面探讨工业化级别的超临界水氧化系统.经对比双氧水方案,空分装置制取O2的方式极有可能成为日后系统获取氧化剂的主流途径.有机废水水质整体较差,废水进料基于预中和、冷进料、保证进料泵长久运行的思路对工艺方案进行初步设计,设置过滤器降低固体含量,带有压差变送器联锁相关仪表,实现装置的在线监测和连续操作运行.废水进料泵作为整个工段的重要设备,BB5型从泵体结构、材料选择、机封选型、冲洗方案等方面明确设计要点与注意事项,为日后选型作出贡献.

The industrial-grade supercritical water oxidation system from the perspectives of process scheme and wastewater feed pump were discussed respectively.After comparing the hydrogen peroxide scheme,it was highly likely that the method of producing O2 in the air separation unit would become the main-stream way for the system to obtain oxidants in the future.The overall quality of the organic wastewater was poor.The wastewater feeding process was preliminarily designed based on the idea of pre-neutralization,cold feeding,and ensuring the long-term operation of the feeding pump.A filter was set up to reduce the solid content,and differential pressure transmitter was equipped.Relevant instruments were interlocked to achieve online monitoring and continuous operation of the device.As an important piece of equipment in the entire section,the wastewater feed pump of the BB5 model clearly defined the design points and precautions from aspects such as the pump body structure,material selection,mechanical seal selection,and flushing plan,making contributions to future selection.
