Research on the automatic control system of sewage treatment plants based on smart water management
污水处理厂站系统是集测量、控制和管理于一体的综合性自动化控制系统.针对目前部分污水厂站管理落后、设备缺乏实时调控以及能耗严重的现状,通过数字化和物联网手段进行技术升级改造.采用精细化管理模式,同时运用专家智能决策系统,基于数字孪生云平台技术,对全厂水质、能耗和工艺仿真数据进行可视化分析,实现对污水处理全过程的智能化优化调度和智能化管理.在保证出水稳定达标的前提下,污水厂整体能耗、药耗较同期传统污水处理厂降低了10%~15%,厂内常驻人员精简近50%,并为同类型MBR膜处理工艺项目的生产运行提供了示范作用.
The sewage treatment plant station system is a comprehensive automatic control system inte-grating measurement,control and management.In view of the current situation where some sewage treat-ment plants and stations have backward management,lack real-time control of equipment and high economic energy consumption,technological upgrading and transformation are carried out through digital and Internet of Things means.By adopting a refined management model and applying an expert intelligent decision-making system,based on the digital twin cloud platform technology,the water quality,energy consumption and pro-cess simulation data of the entire plant were visually analyzed to achieve the optimal scheduling and intelligent management of the entire process of intelligent production in sewage treatment.Under the premise of ensur-ing stable and compliant effluent,the overall energy consumption and chemical consumption of the sewage treatment plant have been reduced by 10%-15%compared with traditional sewage treatment plants of the same scale during the same period.The number of permanent staff in the plant has been reduced by nearly 50%,and it has provided a demonstration significance for the production and operation of similar MBR mem-brane treatment process projects.
