Abstract
The intelligent transformation of the textile industry is accelerating,and the functional evolution of printing and dyeing auxiliaries is leaping from single dyeing assistance to multi-functional composite sys-tems.The fine regulation of fabric surface properties has become key link in enhancing the added value of tex-tiles.Its wettability,friction characteristics and charge distribution directly affect the efficiency and precision of mechanical processing procedures such as cutting,sewing and embossing.In current industrial practice,the surface modification effect of chemical additives often shows nonlinear relationship with the mechanical com-patibility of processing equipment.Silicone softeners may cause abnormal slippage of sewing threads,and flu-orine-containing waterproof finishing agents are prone to interface degradation during the hot pressing pro-cess.Systematic discussion was conducted on the compatibility mechanism between the surface properties of printing and dyeing auxiliaries and mechanical processing,with the aim of establishing collaborative optimiza-tion framework for chemical treatment and physical processing,providing theoretical support and practical guidelines for the intelligent upgrade of the textile industry.关键词
