Abstract
In order to explore the feasibility of dyeing nylon fabrics with the leuco acid of vat dyes,the full-bath reduction method was adopted to reduce vat brilliant orange GR,and the dyeing process conditions for nylon fabrics were optimized.The results showed that the best color yield was obtained when nylon fabric was dyed with leuco acid at 80℃for 60 min at pH 4.The reduction cleaning after dyeing was beneficial to re-move the floating color and improve the rubbing color fastness.Adding dispersant MF could enhance the color yield and color fastness of dyed fabrics.The color fastness of the final dyed fabrics can reach level 4 and above,which met the requirements of wearing textiles.关键词
