Abstract
The properties of alkyl diphenyl ether/alkyl benzene mixed sulfonate prepared by SO3 mem-brane sulfonation process(DL-n,n=3,5,7,where n=5 refers to the mass proportion of alkyl diphenyl ether in the raw material is 50%,alkyl benzene is 50%,and the rest are the same)were studied,and the surface ten-sion,foam,alkali wettability,whiteness,capillary effect and emulsification were measured.The results were compared with alkyl benzene sulfonate LAS and alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate MADS.The results showed that the foaming property and surface tension decreased with the increase of MADS content,but the foam stability of DL-n was better than LAS and MADS.With the increase of the mass concentration of MADS and NaOH,the alkali wettability decreased.When the mass concentration of NaOH was 30-50 g/L,DL-n showed a good synergistic effect,and the wetting effect was better than that of LAS and MADS.The whiteness,capil-lary effect and emulsification effect decreased with the increase of MADS content.关键词
